Dr. John L. Moseri is CEO and Medical Director of Newport Integrated Behavioral Healthcare. His behavioral-health career includes medical and executive roles with Fulton County Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center and Grady Hospital Health System. He completed medical school at the University of Benin, Morehouse School of Medicine, and fellowship training in Addiction Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He provides psychiatric care to underserved communities and treats children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of psychiatric and substance-use conditions.

Joy Moseri serves as COO and Clinical Director, providing administrative, financial, programmatic, and clinical oversight. Her background includes management, professional counseling, addiction treatment, and work with clients experiencing co-occurring behavioral-health conditions. She holds advanced degrees in business and counseling and is a Certified Addiction Counselor-II.

Virginia Kane has been a registered nurse since 1991. Her experience includes nursing education, hospital administration, consultation and liaison services, accreditation support, program development, and medication management across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Primrose Wahome has worked as a Practical Nurse since 2005 and brings extensive nursing experience from hospital and clinical settings. Her background includes charge-nurse responsibilities and utilization review coordination.

LaShunda Walker brings more than a decade of healthcare-industry experience, including utilization review and administrative roles. She helps support Newport’s day-to-day operations and patient-service environment.

Briana Thompson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides clinical leadership and oversight for Newport’s residential treatment program. She supports the clinical team, treatment planning, quality of care, and the delivery of individualized, evidence-based services to patients with substance-use and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.

Samantha Stewart has been a dedicated member of the Newport team for eight years. She serves as Records and Front Desk Manager, helping ensure that patient records are accurately maintained, organized, protected, and available to support continuity of care.
