Primary responsibilities:
- Complete timely clinical assessments and person-centered treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment-team meetings
- Coordinate care with authorized providers and community partners
- Support crisis assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referrals
- Follow applicable ethical, licensing, accreditation, and agency requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Active Georgia LPC or LCSW license
- Graduate degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral-health discipline
- Experience treating mental-health, substance-use, or co-occurring disorders
- Ability to complete timely electronic clinical documentation
- Successful completion of required background and credentialing reviews
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, detoxification, or residential services
- Experience with substance-use treatment and evidence-based practices
- Experience working with culturally and clinically diverse populations
