Douglasville, Georgia — September 21, 2026 — Newport Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. proudly recognizes Ansell for making several generous in-kind donations of biomedical, bio-industrial, and personal protective supplies to support Newport’s recovery program in Douglas County.
These donations will help Newport maintain a safe, sanitary, and supportive environment for individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. The donated supplies will also help protect Newport’s clinical professionals, peer-support specialists, recovery staff, and community partners as they serve individuals and families throughout Douglas County.
Newport extends special appreciation to Eric Cooper, Manager, Medical Sales at Ansell, for his leadership, coordination, and commitment to ensuring that these valuable supplies reached the people and programs that need them.

Newport’s Douglas County Recovery Program serves individuals affected by substance use disorders, including people who are uninsured or underinsured. Services include recovery support, care coordination, treatment referrals, medication-assisted treatment resources, transportation assistance, family engagement, and connections to community-based services.
The Newport Board of Directors, leadership team, employees, and the individuals and families served by the organization extend their heartfelt appreciation to Ansell for demonstrating the power of corporate citizenship and community collaboration.
